In 2022 & 2023, CYP delivered four cohorts of the seven week Leadership Impact Initiative (LII) program, focused across the domains of leadership & career development, personal development and spiritual development.

Now, the LII program materials are publicly available for anyone to use (and adapt) to facilitate their own small groups, whether as part of a church offering, faith-based collaboration or independently!
